zurepro — insurance amount not received

i have purchased samsung galaxy note 3 neo i have taken insurance along with it...my phone was broken insurance company said me to pay tha bill of repair and you will receive your amount back in 45 days...i have paid Rs 7000/- at that time but it has been more than 90 days i have not received my claim amount.
