ZX Markets — Very bad customer service by am lorraine jesudasson &

Hi,

on 8th Feb 2016, I have opened account with Zxmarket, due to Mr. Inthikab Mohamed called me & giving information about Zxmarket, which is totally false for me later.

He convinced me you opened an account with 6900 Rs because we are doing trading in forex but we are doing from mumbai so you have to pay money in indian currency, my account no -1089722, i asked all possible questions from my end, but unfortunately mohamed convinced me which were totally fake, he told me you will get daily 10 $ profit & in a week, that means 200 $ in month, which you can withdraw also later, even withdrawal also you will get within 24 hours because through HDFC Bank we are doing NEFT, even he told you will get a call daily in morning for opening a bid & in evening to close a bid.

But as soon as i opened account he called me once, later he not given a call for a single day, he told sometime i will call you & sometime my college will call you, than i got a call from Lorraine Jesudasson Trading Specialist my account manager.

As i new to the software Zxmarket App, i am not getting what she is saying, she talks with me like she is irritated from me, same i given feedback to inthikab mohamed he told me i am sorry for same, i told him right a way please give my withdrawal at that time also he convinced me please don't do withdrawal all will be ok i will change a account manager also.

But Again Lorraine only called me for trade i listen to her calmly & given a message to her tell inthikab Mohamed to call me, even still that day also he has not given me a single call.

Than i started trading with Lorraine she has given me 4 bid's of TP - 5$, i gain a profit of 20$ also i really appreciated to Lorraine on same.

But than one day she has not given me call next day i mail her please call in morning & given a mail to [protected]@zxmarkets.com that my account manager has not given me call.

In evening Lorraine given me call & she is asking me you have send a mail @ [protected]@zxmarkets.com that your AM not called you, i said yes, & she yelled on me & saying me i don't understand your problem, i told Lorraine first of all Mohamed had given me all false info still i am doing trading he committed me 10$ in a day & you are giving me 5$ in 2/3 days that was not acceptable, if you can't give right info to customers than why you are committing false info to customers, than she is blaming me only that you are wrong on each terms, than i said sorry to her & i told her please i don't want to argue with you, let me know the withdrawal process & she said i will send you a format of withdrawal which she will process.

I was surprised what kind of ego she has, even she didn't convince me that don't go for withdrawal i will take care of your all queries.


Note : ZxMarkets Team i don't want to quit but due to such kind of pathetic behavior of lady i withdraw my account which is shameless on customer centric point of view.

Than again i got one big surprise from compliance team Nadira, that you don't have fund in your account & how come you are asking for withdrawal that is not a big issue for me but i want to discuss, afterwards she done a recheck & she informed me that by this weekend you will get money in your account. & thanks to compliance team Nadira + Lorraine also to deposit my money in to my account.

I am really glad 40% service given by Zxmarkets team, but i really not happy ( upset ) 60% on fake information given by inthikab mohamed, Lorraine's attitude towards customer service was not good, & money deposited after 10 days in my account, nadira told me sorry many times due to misunderstanding what she has, but Lorraine never.

I am really thankful to all for giving me such a wonderful customer service which i will not forget never ever in my life...

you given fake information to me but request don't give same to other new customers...

I am fazlull rahman here i have opened account in last week of december after opening a account no proper response from your side so pls call back and solve my problem
