1 Cbpo — Non transfer of PPF account

I have been submitted transfer application of my PPF account no 113727 from 864 FD Post Office to my SBI home branch IFSC code SBIN0005484. The same was send by 1 CBPO to SBI Osian branch on 21 jun 2018 alongwith cheque no 09614 vide registered Letter no RE[protected]IN dt 29 Jun 2018.
But the bank refused about the receipt of this cheque & letter vide their letter no even dt 19 Dec 2022.
You are requested to check the matter & issue fresh cheque for account opening keeping me in loop. Necessary documents atteched.
