My scss a/c was transferred from 500 fpo to pnb kakrola delhi in dec17. L was paid quarterly interest by post office up to nov 17.
By pnb l was paid quarterly interest from jan18 as my account reached there by jan18.
Sir the interest of one quarter (From oct to dec 17) has not paid by any of these agencies. When l visited both the agencies l was sent empty handed stating that they can not pay above amount and blaming each other to pay. Pleez help. Details are as under.

When i track this no on speed post website it shows that item return due to move of address. I did not received any approach from post office to delivery attempt. So please check this matter and my address is as below

Speed post no 85853417in was booked on 22 nov 2017 in salbari post office addressed to pdc cell, aec record c/o 56 apo which was received by nsh 1 cbpo on 24 nov 2017 at 09:55:29 am. But further disposal of the said speed post has not been updated in india post website. No delivery message has been received till date. Request the present status of the same.

1. My speed post consignment no ew[protected]in has been booked from raghunathganj (Wb) ho on 07 nov 17 at 13:24 hrs by palash kumar das. My address was mentioned as satyajit pal, military cantt, bhuj (Gujarat), pin-370001. The same has not yet reached to me. When i tracked, it has been found that presently the item is in 1 cbpo.

I submitted all requisite documents including aadhar card, pan card, li 9 (B) form, neft mandate form and cancelled cheque for claiming maturity amount of above mentioned policy number to 1 cbpo through 949 fpo but till date i have not been given my money which is due to me since date of maturity 16 oct 2017. I have 04 pli policies worth 20 lacs planned for my children's future. 06 rd accts & sukanya smridhi yojana for my daughter. I've been investing since 2005, 2012 but by orders of army being forced to close these policies. Why were these policies started. Atleast old policy & plan should be continued.
We are being given a dead line of closing our pll & all accts before 30 nov. But as per policy docus i not only loose out on the planning that i went through for my children's future but also loose out on money as 25 to 40% of amt will be deducted from the money that i've invested so far.
That clearly makes me a fool as i should've never opted for pli and invested in some other pvt coy's policy when i was younger.
Now are we being forced to lodge a complaint in court against our own organization.
Please guide me.

My PLI Policy No APS-832574L dated 06 Aug 2007 has matured and Maturity value including bonus a sum of Rs. 1, 54, 500/- (Rupees one lac fifty four thousand five hundred only) has already sanctioned vide ADG APS sanction letter No Maturity/20385/APS-832574L/(key_id898299) dated 05 Oct 2016, but the same amount has not been credit in my account till date.

2. Due to non credit my maturity value in my acount am facing financial hardship as my children are studying in higher classes. You are requested to do the needful and credit the amount in my account No [protected], SBI Palampur at the earliest

Speed post booking no eu68632961in addsd to cfn nikhilesh kumar yadav, 519 asc bn (Lrw) c/o 56 apo was booked from sultanpur on 19 aug 2016. While tracking internet, status of the same is being shown as delivered at 678 fpo. The consignment has not yet been received by the addressee till date.

It is believed that said consignment has been sent at wrong place ie 678 fpo. It should have been sent to fpo affiliated to 19 inf div.

You are requested to kindly initiate suitable action for delivery of the same to correct addressee at the earliest.
