10 Days Hair Oil — Amount deducted order not received

The order was placed on starting of the month in july amount has been paid already but still i didn't get the order, i have attempted many time email also has been send to company but there's no reply and with the order i'd and tracking number no data found, it's invalid because i also called in logistics company and they told that there's no information about your product... Now what should i do. Fake company and services is very bad. Please help me to resolve my concern.
