10 Days Hair Oil Complaints & Reviews

Ordered hair oil for 10 days and paid 699 rupees online but the order has not been delivered. It has been 10 days but I have not received the delivery of the order. Deliver the order or deposit Rs 699 in the account

There is no response whatsoever from the company. I ordered the oil two times, once on cash on delivery and it's been more than 3 weeks already and there is no response. Then I checked and they mentioned on the website that prepaid orders get fulfilled earliest so then I ordered the oil on prepaid, which means I have already paid the money. And as soon as placed the prepaid order I got a message that they will deliver the cash on delivery order. There is no option to cancel the order and there is no customer support except one mail they provided which I believe is unmonitored. I have been trying to contact them on this mail constantly but there is no response. I am definitely not paying for the order again even if it arrives. I don't want the oil now they can keep it for themselves, I want my money back. Please help, I require my money back. Worst service ever.

I ordered the hair oil for 3 units on Dec 27th 2022 and I have still not got the delivery yet. I tried calling them, sent email to them. No response received from them. While I try to track the product it is saying “not available”Please help! If can’t be delivered atleast pls refund the money. I paid 1299 for 3 units of oil.

Its regarding the OrderID "797389" you dispatch and courier person not delivered and when i contacted them they said it was returned back to you can redispatch or refund.

As good company you should maintain Contact number in the portal

I ordered 2 bottles of oil on 8th of August, prepaid. But yet not received it. As i was tracking it but there is no tracking information available. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I am writing this mail to draw your attention regarding one of my order for oil which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd march and due to incorrect no. It was returned back and i was informed that delivery will be attempted next day. I haven't heard back anything till yet.

But delivery boy is not delivery saying that his record is not showing pre paid.
Kindly make it prepaid.

I have places 2 orders consisting 3 bottles each on 2nd September 2021 and had paid rs1300 for each order.
Through the tracking ID I understand that the package has been returned to Rathira Ayurveda but the same has neither been re-shipped, not they have refunded my amount.

I have ordered 6 bottles of hair oil on 2nd Sept 21, however, the same was returned back to Rathora Ayurveda in Tamil Nadu.
But neither did I get the refund not the shipment was resent.
The order IDs were - 1413593 which as per the tracking site is 779613 and 1413597 which is also 779614

Sir i have received a damage products.
10days fat burner ke sare teblets toote hue hain. Sirf 2, 4 teblets bache hain baki sab powder ban chuke hain aur jab maine products ko open kiya to us dabbe par seel nahi lagi thi open tha.

Please sir ye products return kar lo.

Mujhe mera order 1364179 nahi mila, but stutas me delivered dikha rakha h. Jab mene contect kiya to delivery boy bolta h aake lejavo varna vapas bhej denge, kyu mene home delivery ka charge nahi diya kya aapko. Mera soulution jaldi kare.
