10 Days Hair Oil — Order not received not the money | |
I have places 2 orders consisting 3 bottles each on 2nd September 2021 and had paid rs1300 for each order. Through the tracking ID I understand that the package has been returned to Rathira Ayurveda but the same has neither been re-shipped, not they have refunded my amount. I need to get a resolution asap. The order IDs are- 1413593/97 Pls revert, as I have been trying to get an answer since more than 20 days now. Was this information helpful? | |
