10 Days Hair Oil — Payment made and confirmed. But the material not delivered

I have ordered 3-bottle of 10-day hair Oil through online (https://www.10dayshairoil.com/product). The money was debited from my account but I never received the item despite multiple reminder and confirming that I would receive the order very soon. In my view this company is a cheat.
