100 Best Buy — Product wasn't delivered | |||
I ordered a the teemaker indigoblue full sleeves denim double pocket men shirt (rcdsh-ib) initially on 17th march 2014 with the reference order no. 29540326. i was promised 10 days of delivery of the product but 2 months passed without receiving anything but false promises from the customer service. they kept saying that the product had been sent to the courier service but failed to provide any tracking no.. after my complaint on 26th may 2014 they gave me a new reference no. 30650919 for my order and since then have been delaying my product on the pretext that it is out of stock. however it is almost a month again, i have been continuously trying to reach them through their email [protected]@100bestbuy.com but they fail to provide me with an appropriate response..
