[Resolved]  100Bestbuy Bangalore — Fraud on Outlander Shoes

I have ordered outlander shoes from 100bestbuy.com site, first i have deposited 300/-- rs 2 time and purchase one cap and 468/--rs remains on my account on 5th Nov i have ordered outlander shoes instead of my full credit point and remain amount agreed to cash on delivery, they have debited my credit point 1 and half month is over and still product is not reached to me, when i have call to customer care someone say product is not ready to courrer and someone say product is return from your town and someone say your order is not showing on your system. This kind of fraud they did us every time and their customers will call us every time for many offers and ask for put 400 or 500 rupees for excited prices. Please solve this issue i have their reply mail about confirmation of my Outlander shoes and i have text message also on my mobile.
