100Bestbuy.com — Balance 800 rupees missing

Dear Sir, I had paid 800 Rupees for a product. After that the product was not delivered properly and so I returned it. Then they converted my money into 799 credit points in my account where I can buy some other product for that points. Now the website www.100bestbuy.com is not working at all. Also all customer care number are not working. I have written so many emails to customer care but no response at all. Please do the needful help to get my money back. Best regards, Shivayogi
