[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Cancellation of my order

Sir/Madam, I am Sreekanth AD, from Alappuzha, Kerala, India. I ordered a product on 24th April 2014 via online. The payment of that order is cleared at the time of placing the order and the amount is 1190/-. The 100bestbuy team confirmed that, they received the payment. I so many times called their customer service peoples, and every time, they updated that, you will get the order on next 2-3 days. Now one month is over and I already spent not less than a amount of 140/- for the mobile bill to communicate them. Presently I am not interested process that order and i want my whole money back. Please advice me the process of cancellation. My order details is i mentioned below.
