100Bestbuy.com — Non receipt of payment/goods | |||
I have ordered for three shirts of blackberry with 1 in 40 size & 2 in 42 size from 100 bestbuy.com. Whereas when i got the delivery it was all 40 size of shirts. Further you have not sent any invoice for the same. Therefore when i contacted them, i was told to send the shirts to them for replacement. I sent the shirts but despite passing of one month neither i have received the shirts nor payment. They are not replying to my e mail. Please help. It is very strange that you have all the information at the time of order by searching through mobile no. But when a complaint is made that becomes irrelevant. It shows that you are not serious about the complaint. I got a call from your representative also who was having all the details, but he asked me to make a payment of Rs.1 as delivery charges for resending the consignment and he told me that this is company
policy. However when I asked the detail of the account details in which I can make the payment, he told me that the payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card only and I have to provide the detail of my Credit/Debit Card to you.
It means you are making fool of the customers. You first send the goods which are not as per order and then ask for card details on the pretext of having a policy of Rs.1 delivery charges and then use the card details for making wrong payments in your favour.
Further you are not providing ant invoice with the order which is contravention of our land laws. It seems that you are also not paying Excise/ VAT to the respective governments.
