[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Non refund of money and non utilization of credit | |||
It is very painfull to inform you that i have a very bad expericance of 100bestbuy. I have contested for a contest and paid the amount of rs. 699. After the contest 100bestbuy has asked me to pay another around[protected] to be continued in the contest. Hence i didnt participate and the amount i have paid in cash is still retained by the company. When there is a cash back why the amount has been converted into point. Further even if the amount has been converted into points when i want to buy somthing against the amount i have already paid it is not getting used only a very negligible amount is being used towards any purchase. The more painfull is that even the products at 100bestbuy is the top costliest then all other online shoppings. Still if i am planning to take something my amount of rs. 699 is not getting used. When all other online shooping companies are refunding the amount to the customers bank account why the 100bestbuy can not do so. Hence i would request you to sort out the issue at the earliest.
