100Bestbuy.com — Regarding non supply of product | |||
I went for an online purchase with 100bestbuy website with a online payment of Rs.370 and got a confirmation from them that they are processing it. After that I never received the product so far. I would have called 50 times to the customer care but never got a proper response for the delivery. Every time they were telling that it will be delivered within a week. It is almost two months now and I am fed up of their service and not sure how to go about. Sent lot of emails to all the email ids given [protected]@100bestbuy.com [protected]@100bestbuy.com [protected]@100bestbuy.com [protected]@100bestbuy.com No response from them so far.
