[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Wrong order delivered, right order is not sent again | |||
I received a wrong order on june 5th, i called the customer care team and they said they will send a person to collect the parcel, they dint send anyone for 1 week and when i called back and demanded for an explanation for this they said, no one is available sir please send it on your own we will refund you the cost so i sent it back, i even tracked down the order i sent and i found out that it reached on 18th june. I have called for at least 30 times since then, and all the time customer care support people are saying that there is a technical problem, please wait for 2, 3 days. Its been more than 60 days, i dint get any update I ordered for a combo of 3 swank men chinos (Maroon + green (Skc-609) + brown (Skc-607) and i received 3 brown trousers. All are similar trousers. I paid 150 rs for returning the parcel. I even sent them the dtdc pay receipt. My contact number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
