I had an account with 10Cric, where I won and accumulated a total of ₹58, 00, 000. Suddenly, my account was blocked without warning. I was not informed of any violation or breach of terms. I contacted their support several times but got no valid response.

I also contacted their regulatory authority (Anjouan Gaming License Authority), and sent legal warnings, but still no action has been taken.

10Cric is refusing to release my funds without any legal justification. I did not use any third-party software, bots, or VPNs. All games were played fairly on their platform.

Please help me get my funds refunded.
