I have ported my sim from airtel to jio from 10digi.com for Rs.654 in which Rs.555 for recharge and Rs.99 for prime membership of jio. My new sim is delivered to me. Within 3-4 days sim got activated on 1 Jan, 2020 but the recharge has not been done yet. I have mailed them but no reply from them. I have called them but they are not picking the call.
