Dear Sir,

I have ordered jio sim from 10.digi.com on 20 sept 2021. The sim was delivered on 20 sept afternoon. Alloted jio no was [protected]. Even after passage of 3 days sim is not activated.

I have purchased the sim from 10digi.com and I have paid them ₹248/- through upi payment mode from my existing mobile no

I have also raised complaint on 10digi.com but nothing has been done.

I have tried to activate the sim in 3 different handsets but no network was not detected in any of them.

Please look into the matter and resolve it on priority basis.

    I had applied for mobile number portability on 10digi website. Their representative had come the very next day to our home and collected the required documents and the first recharge amount and gave me the new sim. But the new sim never got activated. On calling jio customer care they told me that the photo was not clear and need to reapply. I called 10 digi customer care and told them. They told me to mail them and also got reply from them that they will reprocess the portability request. But no one showed from their end. I have called 3 times but yet no response

      On 9th July I ordered for a Airtel sim and had to buy a plan first. The total cost for the sim including convenience fee was ₹327( 297+ 30). i paid online at 11am. it was supposed to be delivered on the same date i.e. on 9th July between 12pm to 2pm. but I did not get the delivery or any notification. i called the customer care phone no. provided on the website. it said that it will bedelivered within 9pm.
      Still it wasnt delivered. I called again on the no. next day i.e. on 10th July(today). It still said the delivery would take place on 9th July.

      emails were also sent on their email address [protected]@10digi.com.
      Most importantly refund isnt possible. when i click on cancelling order, it says "Sorry, Order not found"

        I orered jio sim on 10digi.com website trusting that the sim will be delivered on the same day . After repeated follow ups, the sim was not delivered even after 5 days . I placed a request for refund, they still dint process . Whenever I call, they are disconnecting the calll...

        service not provided after taking money

        I have ported my sim from airtel to jio from 10digi.com for Rs.654 in which Rs.555 for recharge and Rs.99 for prime membership of jio. My new sim is delivered to me. Within 3-4 days sim got activated on 1 Jan, 2020 but the recharge has not been done yet. I have mailed them but no reply from them. I have called them but they are not picking the call. I tried to track the order but site crashes on doing so.
