1800Giftportal: — misleading consumers regarding delivery of gifts abroad

I had placed an order online for delivery of a birthday cake. After collecting the money, they informed me that they cannot delivery on weekends. However, they said they can deliver a cake on sunday, which happened to be the birthday date.
So, i paid them extra mone to deliver it on sunday to the receiver in las vegas, nevada, usa.

Now, on 12th, 2018, i called the receiving party and they said they have not received any gifts nor have they been called by any courier for deliver of gift.

The date has been passed, nothing has been delivered and now tghis company is refusing to refund the money i paid.

False advertising is clearly an unethical practice both in india and in usa.

I would never recommend this company for any gift deliveries anywhere, due to their unethical [practices.
