Not getting any response or any reply from their side as I had sent flowers which were delivered on same address and on same mobile number on 7/08/2023 ... Same day ...then how is it possible that they have not delivered the cake on same address . Total lie from the company...

I had placed an order online for delivery of a birthday cake. After collecting the money, they informed me that they cannot delivery on weekends. However, they said they can deliver a cake on sunday, which happened to be the birthday date.
So, i paid them extra mone to deliver it on sunday to the receiver in las vegas, nevada, usa.
Now, on 12th, 2018, i called the receiving party and they said they have not received...
