Co-operative housing society — non-payment of maintenance dues by members


I am a resident of a co-operative housing society of thane west. There are few members in my society who have not paid their dues which sum upto amount of over rs 3, 00, 000.00. Neither the secretary seems interested in taking any necessary action, nor any other comitee members have raised any concerns. Can you guide me through the process of registering complaints against these defaulters as well as the secretary who fails to take any action.
