There is intentional or unintentional misdoing on the management side. They are charging VAT amount on the service charge component also which is plainly exploiting consumers that who are not aware of tax provisions. Don't take undue advantage by charging extra. I had meal at east Delhi branch of yo China in Laxminagar, new Delhi. They charged wrongly. I think it is with every customer that they do so.
