1win — Withdraw not processing

My game id :12949388.
I withdrawed 2500 AED on April 5 2023 .Till now my withdrawl is not processed, it has been almost 1 month i am waiting.
I mailed the concern department but there is no reply from the team . coustom support also not given correct information only they are telling to wait. But i am trying to withdraw my amount for past 4 months till now they are not processing my withdrawl, i have mailed more than 100 times for the concern team till now i didn't get any reply from them.
I losed my patience since I am waiting for past 6 months for my withdrawl.
