1xbet — Money deducted but not credit.

I deposited Rs500 into 1xbet account from my bank through UPI.
Money was deducted but not credited into 1xbet.
I raised a complaint to their support center via email, and they told me to wait for 14 days.
After 14 days I sent them mail again that money was not credited, and they asked for my back account statement.
After i sent them my account statement they stopped replying to me anymore.
