1xbet — Money deducted from Bank but not credit.

I deposited Rs500 from my bank account to 1xbet throught UPI.
Money was deducted from my bank account but not credited into 1xbet.
I send a mail to their support center and they told me to wait for 14 days.
After 14 days they asked for my back account statement, which I sent them immediately.
Thereafter there is no reply from them
