I have been using 1xBet since 2022 for gaming. Recently, I won a large amount (₹2, 00, 000 INR). Right after this, my account was suddenly blocked without warning.
They claimed "gambling addiction" and requested a medical certificate and a handwritten declaration. I provided everything including:
- ID proof
- Medical declaration
- Deposit transaction confirmation
- Handwritten letter taking full responsibility
Despite following all instructions, my account remains blocked, and they have stopped responding to my emails. They are clearly trying to avoid paying my legitimate winnings.
This feels like deliberate cheating and withholding of funds after a major win.
I request consumer protection and pressure on the company to:
1. Unblock my account
2. Release my winnings
