Sir I'm MAHESH Modak my product #1571 not delivery my home Sony bluetooth speaker so when delivery?

My self sanjaya kumar prusty residing in madgaon goa. I received a call from todays shop on dated[protected]. They told that i won a winning prize. For that i want buy his product from todays. Then i bought a panasonic trimmer. After that they told for that required transaction i'd. I told her my transaction i'd. And paid to his account by paytm. I have all transactions history. After that i paid in 4 transaction. I have account number in that i have paid. There i know 2 persons. One is kavya tripathi and other is sumit. I have also call recording s. I have 2 contact numbers.

On 26/12/2014, company confirmed to have received payment of rs.1999 plus 18000 and then insurance payment of rs.4999/.against payment of rs.1999/one bombay dyeing bed sheet was delivered, which will hardly cost rs.1000/.thereafter, the company made different stories but never delivered samsung led tv.after lot of correspondance and telephone calls, the company agreed to refund my payment of rs.24, 998.they asked for bank details for credit to my account.lot of time has elapsed, but no sign of my refund payment of rs.24, 998/ i solicit your urgent intervention.

I am Apurba Mahanta, I live in west bengal (kolkata).My complain against 2dayas shopping center, I have received a call from 2days shopping center for a combo pack.i have transfer amount 3000(Three thousand)and company assured me that i will received goods till 30th Dec 14.But till date i have not get my goods.

I puchase one combo pack of rs. 2999/- and laptop with offer price of rs. 22000/-. I oredered on 1st february 2015 but as on today 11th septmeber still i dont got ordered product. When i calling them during the month from feb.To aug. They continuosly told that the product will be deleived and right now they are not picking my phone on [protected]

I have booked a order of cookware set on 18th Dec 2014 but till date we didn't receive total item. We have received some parts(3 item) of Cookware Set on Feb 2015. Rest remaining items not delivered till date. I have tried to call your 2dayshopping team many time but they only assure us your rest remaining item will be delivered shortly. When it will delivered they (2dayshoppings Team) also don't have any idea. I request you that please check this issue. I am sending snapshot of Item which i had received and I hope you will reply me soon on this. PFA.

My wife received a call in the month of August 2014 to purchase a bed sheet and blanket combo for Rs. 1999/- with an assured gift coupen which she purchased and paid Rs. 1199/- by my SBI ATM Debit card. Then they offered us a 32' LED after payment of Rs. 10, 000/- and we paid the same as well. Then they called us to pay another payment of Rs. 2500/-, which we refused. And told them to refund our money. In the mean while 2 months were spent. We did not received any parcel of Blanket or Bed Sheets. Then we inquired again to 2days shoppings guys, they said that the refund will take 45 days time. We said ok. After calling after 45 days they kept on making our fool and did not refund any thing till now.

ON 31 DEC 2014 I GOT A CALL FROM [2dayshoppings.com] Isha sharma saying that they sellect my mobile no as a lucky winner.They convinced us to purchase a combo costing rs3500.and also we would get a lucky prize from these 4 options.1-Dell laptop, 2-Panasonic Led, 3-Holiday package, 4-Samsung mobile phone.They convinced us to buy a combo forcefully saying that we would get above prizes for free.When we said we will call u back later she said your lucky prize will be disconnected.She said she will be in the line.Then we decided to take product of rs3500[order ID-TDS12379] by credit card.And the lucky prize was a holiday trip which we never preferred we also said we don't want this holiday trip then they told us to swap with another gifts then we swap holiday trip with Panasonic 40A300 HD LED of rs40800. They said there is no option for cash on delivery you have to pay now.Therefore we paid difference amount[panasonic led[protected] amount of trip]=rs28300 [order ID-TDS12479, TDS12679] After 3-4days they demanded rs6000 Insurance amount for panasonic Led, they said without this they can't send the order .So we also gave rs6000[order ID-TDS12779] We gave total rs3500+28300+6000=37800 WE ARE TOTALY DISAPOINT BY THIS SITE Whenever we called on this no-[protected] they said we will get our product in 2-3 days and this goes on.And now its switched off.PLEASE I Kindly request to refund it.we will never prefer this again if not please send us our product. After 07 days I again had called them for laptop they again told that it will be dispatched in days time, one fine day I received a call from Mr. Rahul Mehta (Dispatch section) that I need to pay Rs.5, 000/- for insurance for which I told them clearly that these issue (Rs.5, 000/- insurance charges) is not been discussed while booking / confirming the order. For this they told that it is the policy and I have to pay compulsory to dispatch the lap top. I request them a lot but they are not agreeing for and demanded to pay Rs.5000/-. Now also I am receiving continuous call to make the payment tell that my lap top is laying in dispatch section. I am now struck up with the amount paid to them (Rs.19, 000/-) and owe debt of Rs.20, 000/- to my friends. Left with no other option on consultant with my friend I approached your good self.
