>, has come across a cyber fraud happening across india from new delhi based online company www. Shopit4me.com. On the name of bmw series-1 contest and nano car contest,
> till today, they have collected rs.1, 34, 000 from me as a no.1 position holder for contest for various reasons like.. Enrolling for nano contest 3, 999. 20, 000 for brand ambassador. For registration of bmw contest of shopit 14, 000. For paper work 10, 000. E-commerce clearance 85, 000. From beginning on every transactions they were promising like, this will be the last transaction and no need to pay further for any reasons. But every now and then they were asking for money from various persons from different departments for above reasons and still asked for amount further, and if amount not paid you will out of contests and all your earlier paid money will not be refunded.
> after a deep study on net, i came across 2/3 people who have cheated by them for same contest, after talking to them i understand that, they have telling same story to everyone and grabbing money on regular basis, may be across the india they have collected cores of rupees with same formula. > i have received a call from ms avantika agarwal from shopit4me saying, i have a good report on e-commerce as a online buyer across india and have @ 85 shopping points with e-commerce india. (I believed it because i⭠a regular and good online shopper from so many years.) and eligible for nano car series 1 contest held by shopit4me, and if by 6 june if i registr then i will got between 1-5 winners on e-commerce there are chance to win the contest, to enroll the same need to pay rs.3, 999 and against that they will provide 2 holiday vouchers and with same i will get additional 7 points and gain 82 points, and if i keep visiting their site regularly some points will be keep added on my account and will be easy to reach in top 5 list, as 1st winner will get nano car, or 2nd & rest 3 will get consolation prices of @ 10, 000 each, bass nothing to do beyond that, so i have paid them 3, 999 on 宮 and got enrolled. After visiting their website and taking review of their earlier polo & duster contest updates even on face book.
> after some days, mr. Robin from contest dept called me up saying as you have chance to get brand ambassador position of our shopit and you just need to pay 20, 000. And with this offer we will give you platinum membership on our every producut, like electronics items and many other then i paying rs.20, 000. On 1 jan 2014 to achieve brand ambassador position. And you will be declared the brand ambassador on their website.
> next day morning, ms. Avantika agarwal, contest called me up our recently happened bmw contest winner expired so we are inviting you because you have sufficient shopping points and we need to block 1st position... Holding no.1 position in contest, after some time she again called me up saying, to freeze no.1 position from all their 5 branches across india, i need to pay rs.14, 000 for registration of bmw car contest and after that you wont pay any single amount. So it will be undoubtedly accepts by all their branches. And after that their verification team will visit my place within one week for survey & shooting interview visiting nearby bmw car showroom for color choice and all. As i reminded her that mr. Robin only said that no amount need to pay further, but she convince after long telecom about the formalities needed and on her word i paid rs.14, 000 on六arch 7 2014

> after that, she called me up for my details like bank details, pan card, my wife pan card, resi proof, photographs as its mandatory for e-commerce & media verifications, i provided the same by mail on 5 july 2014 and said me to pay for paper work this single amount then i paid this on 7 july 2014

> on 12th july i received call from ms. Avantika agarwal for contest updates as called me up again saying as date been fixed on 16th july and you need to pay this amount as per as possible then be needed as a security from my side. I was not at all ready for same so she transferred my call to mr. Satvir jadugar the gov deparment. For security that i will attend the contest, i have to pay rs.85, 000 as a refundable security amount which will be paid back to me on 25/26 of july after the contest. And hrs talk with mr. Satvir jadugar he convinced me to pay final amount of rs 85, 000 and promised that if any amount needed to pay further they will pay from their own. Again on their words i paid rs.85, 000 for e-commerce clearance on 14th july 14.
> on 14thjuly mr. Ahuja called up saying contest has been fixed to mumbai on 16th july, they are sending air tickets and interview and media reporting will be done there only, as contest is going to be hudge as all media is awaiting for such event, as company spending crores of rupees, for security that i will attend the contest.
> after such repeatedly demands and violating their earlier commitments, i refused to pay any amount further and reminding about his word of paying from his pocket. He dropped the call saying, if you will not pay the amount you will be out of contest and the price will be given to somebody else.
> as in mean while on net when i searched about contest, i came across 2/3 people who have been trapped in same, i spoke to mr. Yashraj who paid @ 8lacs for bmw contest and shopit4me has declared the winner of nano car on their website, as mr. Madan tike also paid @1, 55000 and eqbal shaikh 4, 65, 000 for same and still they have demanding money from him for various clearances. Mrs. Ritu sharma from haridwar also been trapped for some money for same contest and no.1 position.
> on 17th they have updated their website again that the contest has been postponed till 20 july at chandigdh, again on 19th they updated it on 22nd at delhi.
> all above transaction made through my bank account and on complimentary to paid amount, they have offered some clothes, shoes, diamonds, the clothes and shoes are cheap local made and diamonds which they have quoted of 10 cent each of rs.10, 000. Is actually degrade diamonds [protected]@ rs.800. Many of times they have promised to send diamond certificate but didnⴠsent till date.
> i have not accepted their final consignment sent through tci, as i mailed them on... To cancel it. When i spoke the senior of contest dept. He asked to ship all items received by me back to them and they will refund all paid amount.
> kind request to look in matter as many people across india have been trapped by shopit4me website and fooling around for lacs of rupees and explore it. Also need to punish this site and should refund all money of innocent people been fooled by them. Even such sites should be block by e-commerce of india.
