hi, myself gopal jee from bengaluru. i ordered for one combo offer of rs 7999/-(order number tds 11135) and sony led 32" wb700 tv with a diwali offer of rs 28000/-(order no.-tds11235). total i paid 34999/-. i given this order on 4th oct 2014. i got another combo offer but untill now i dont get LED TV. just one week before i paid insurance charge of rs 2500/- for led tv. now customer care is not picking my call why ???. rahul mishra told me to pay insurance charge & i paid but now what is the problem why u r not dispatching my product ...
