I ordered HTC Desire 828 from 2gud.com but received HTC Desire 820S.After that, I placed return request mentioning the reason that I got different model but the return request got cancelled.I requested return for about 4-5 times but everytime they cancelled it.I contacted them several time but everytime they told that they were resolving it and it will take 72hrs and ask me to wait for 3 days.
So, Pls help me returning it.
