I received iphone on 7/7/2021 and start facong prblm from 25/7/2021. Many time i call 2 gud but still no solution received from 2gud till date.
I am facing unable to activate problem or no service issue on iphone 7...

I ordered a smartphone on 21st February on 2Gud because i've my exam from 1st march & the maximum date for delivery of the product was 27th February but i was unable to track the product and i called them every single day that i'm not getting any update about my delivery if i didn’t got the product on time i'll in danger as my exam is near but they still saying everyday that the product will reach me by the maximum date of 27th february...

The 2gud which is totally Fraudulent service by flipkart! I need my refund!...

I ordered a phone in 2gud on 16sep2020 and on 24sep2020 in its website it updated that product is delivered but i did not received any product. their customer care number([protected]) is always busy and they did not responded on my complaint mail....

I have cancelled the order but from 5 days waiting for refund and there is no response for emails and there is no customer care number

I had bought iphone6s for Rs 16549 from 2gud . It had lot of issues so i sent it for repair under warranty to F1 info sol. on march 13 & today is 13th august. Nobody is responding to my complaints. They neither sent my phone nor refunding. 2gud is a fraud site and so is flipkart. My order ID- OD[protected]. One day a customer care executive called me for bank details but no refund. Asking for personal bank data is legally not acceptable....

After buying the mobile phone is not turning on in any way. The power switch is pressed. Charged for 30 minutes without any response. Please take the return on your mobile phone. Keep a close eye on the side so that no one like me gets frustrated the second time. Tell me what to do with this mobile ?? I want to return this mobile phone ... please take the mobile return. I shopped a refurbished mobile from 2gud but it was of worst quality... Battery always heat up and drained very fast.

I bought a refurbished iphone 7 from 2gud in jan'20.in feb'20, an official firmware update was made available by apple & i updated the phone after which following issues were observed -
1. Mobile data & network services stopped completely
2. Battery status changed to 'service'

I wrote multiple mails to 2gud/jeeves/f1 customer care after which they confirmed to pickup the phone in end mar'20, however it got delayed...

I am a buyer at 2gud.com and on 26th-feb-2020 i ordered a dell laptop from 2gud(order invoice attached). Only 8 day later i was facing some issues and applied for return but no action was taken from 2gud. bought a refurbished phone redmi note 3 golden 2gb/16 gb the phone has dents and scratches and camera also not satisfactory. applied for refund but after pickup it was refused and the message i got was product mismatch which is laughable.
