2Gud — received broken screen phone

Ordered from 2gud which was delivered on 24th feb the shipping box was damaged, when i unboxed the product the screen of the phone was damaged form the top and after filing a return request it is getting rejected without a notification. Calling the support team is of no use as they keep telling to wait for 24-48 hours
