2Gud — refund not credited to my account

I returned a product purchased from 2gud as it was defective. After the pick up of the product, the 2gud initiated the refund on 13 of October and later on 23rd of October 2019 I got a mail from 2gud stating the refund is made to your account but till now I have not received it.
