I ordered a smartphone on 21st February on 2Gud because i've my exam from 1st march & the maximum date for delivery of the product was 27th February but i was unable to track the product and i called them every single day that i'm not getting any update about my delivery if i didn’t got the product on time i'll in danger as my exam is near but they still saying everyday that the product will reach me by the maximum date of 27th february and i need not to be panic. But the product didn’t reached me on time & i called them again & they extended the date to 3rd march. I told them again and again again about my exam that if you can send me the product on time please refund me my money but they keep extending the date & giving excuses without listening my problem. Now i'm in a big trouble as i have my exam from 1st march. I want justice why should i face this problem after paying all the money prepaid. I want justice please help me.
