Dear Sir/ Madam

I have booked product from 2k19offers.com website and received the product and to my utter surprise there were no bluetooth devices. I have received only 2 simple earphones inspite of branded JBL bluetooth devices.
In this connection, i requested the 2k19offers site to arrange for replacement. you to please arrange for replacing the with product as described in the offer as below.

1. E25BT Wired Headset with Mic (Black, In the Ear) with the charging
case. (not found in the box)

2. T450 BT Bluetooth Headset with Mic (On the Ear).(not found in the box)

3. Truly wireless in-ear headphones.(not found in the box)

Only wired sterio in ear - earphones and one over ear headphones were
available in the package which are not as described.

I am attaching herewith the unboxing video for your reference.
But till date no action initiated.
