I have ordered sony bluetooth ear phones and headphones... But the product sent was different and damaged.. The sony product which they have shown during the time of buying is not there so please i kindly request you to help me out...
The company need to be punished.. Because so many customers have complained please help me out from this...

I have booked product from 2k19offers.com website and received the product and to my utter surprise there were no bluetooth devices. I have received only 2 simple earphones inspite of branded JBL bluetooth devices.
In this connection, i requested the 2k19offers site to arrange for replacement. you to please arrange for replacing the with product as described in the offer as below.
