Booked singapore package in sept 2019 for travel from dec 6th 2019 for rs.64500. Paid rs.22000 advance for the booking but the persons have stopped responding after the payment. No hotel payment has been made by them, rashid is absconding from office. Partner asif is just bluffing and not returning my money. He says rashid has cheated him. But i asked him to return my money to which he is daily giving one or the other excuse
The company is totally fraud with no stability. I am been cheated.

I would request you to please upload the complete scenario in your case. I will explain the complete scenario of your case. After making the payment to us (22, 000/-) you came to our Office with Amandeep (From Tripoto) and stated that the Hotel has not confirmed. We called the Hotel then and there and they said that the Hotel has been Confirmed however, the confirmation number has different. You spoke to them and they confirmed to you as well. After that, you said that you need 6, 000/- back as at that time you do not want the Visa. You said that you will take the Visa later and then you will give that money to us. So, till now we got only 16, 000/- (as 6000 refunded to you on the same day). We have the record of that refund amount. Also, on the email as well, I have send you the call recording wherein Hotelier has given the confirmation of your Room Booking. Now, you are cancelling the package from your wish and as per the terms and condition of our Company, we are charging the cancellation fee. Please find the below cancellation Policy of our Company.
