[Resolved]  2Rue Traveller — not responding

1) i had booked a land holiday package on 16.09.19 with 2rue traveller for me & my wife for singapore from 6th dec to 10th dec 2019.
2) the total package cost was rs.64500 including hotel parc sovereign tyrwhitt, singapore, visa fees, sight seeing & transfers costs, gst taxes
3) i had paid rs.22000 (Token advance rs.16000 & visa fees rs.6000) on 16.09.19 thru my credit card
4) the invoice & booking confirmation was sent by 2rue traveller on 17.09.19.
5) on 18th i asked mr. Rashid about hotel booking to which he said has been done, so i sent a mail to hotel parc on 18th and got a reply asking for booking reference number or confirmation voucher. I called mr. Rashid asking about the same but there was no revert from his end.
6) on 19th & 20th, i called him for number of times but he did not pick up my calls for reasons best known to him. I then called him on 21st from a different number and he picked up. I asked him reasons for not picking up my calls to which he gave one or the other excuse like busy in meeting or travelling, etc. I then asked him that there is no booking reference number given by him for hotel. He told me to arrange but for hours he did not reply. Then spoke to him somehow asking him to refund my money. He told me to wait till 5pm otherwise he will refund the amount.in late evening he gave me a reference number[protected] stating that this is hotel confirmation number.
8) i then sent a mail on 21.09.19 to hotel parc sovereign giving this number and confirming. But to my utter astonishment, i got reply on 23.09.19 from mr. Edmund of hotel parc that there is no such booking in my name, and that this number was for some other booking and for a different date.
9) i then tried calling mr. Rashid but as usual he did not pick up. After number of calls he picked up and i complained to him about the wrong information given by him. Again asked him to refund my money. He then asked me to wait for some more time.
10) in day time i called him again and he said he has checked up that the hotel booking has been done in the name of my wife. I again mailed to the hotel. But surprisingly enough, this time also i got revert from the hotel stating that the booking has not been done even in my wife's name either. Now that person mr. Rashid is not responding at all.
10) i request to please take him to task and ask mr. Rashid to refund my full amount of rs.22000 without any further delay. As i am totally frustrated and depressed on such type of fraud actions. There is no sense of ethics with this travel agent and i feel like being cheated with no fault on mine. His partner mr. Asif is there having phone no.[protected] who is also making fool giving one or the other excuse. As rashid is absconding from his office.
