[Resolved]  360 In Ex Creation — Online fraud (order not get tracking id and updates)

Hi There!

I Am N Madhu and I have placed an order of products from HDFC Online net banking there was an advrticing by hdfc net banking portel.
ORDER ID- #HDAL011598
ORDER ID - #HDC047655

I have received a confirmation mail from the Merchant
The total worth of the products is Rs. 1177.64 AND 2119.28
I haven't received any Order tracking ID nor any reply from the Merchant. When I checked with HDFC Bank Customer Care there asking me to check with the merchant itself as the payment is cleared from HDFC.
We have placed orders by trusting the HDFC Bank not the merchant. And now the bank is not showing any interest and responsibility on this issues ??
THE MERCHANT WAS DOING FRAUD PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINEST THEM AND RECTIFY MY ISSUE

I strictly appeal to HDFC Bank Management to interfere and refund the amount immediately...
