360 In Ex Creation Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered spykar sunglasses on 5th Dec 23 wherein amount of Rs 352.82 got deducted & received message that payment failed but as per confirmation received from bank payment was successfully credited to merchant account. Till date i.e 19th Dec 23 I have not received any order even not received refund order id HDF1011317. so kindly look into this & get the money refunded.

I ordered sling bag and duffle bag on 07-12-23 and made a prepaid payment, i have received the duffle bag but not sling bag. Amount of the sling bag is Rs. 352.82, but till now i.e. 18-12-23 I have not received any order details and nor my order. I am attaching the scree shot of the order conformation mail. My order no. is #HDC061157. I want the spykar sling bag if it's not available then refund my payment.

Hi, I have purchased a bag from 360 In Ex balance has been deducted from my account but when send mail to 360 I get reply from them bu auto response that within 24 hours they will send but it's more than that so Want my item or refund from them .
Please be punctual that if some one has paid you before getting product it means he believes in you so please reply with turn around time.

Order placed thru HDFC bank link on 5th October … payment made but product not received even after 15 days. Have sent email too but no reply.

Looks like this needs to go to consumer court as there are several other complaints… I am beginning to understand this is a fraudulent company. Surprised that HDFC bank is linking with such a company

I have ordered two items vide Transaction ID: HDAL012129 from 360 in ex creation and made the payment through HDFC netbanking advertised through HDFC merchant banking on 8th July 2023. Today its 20th July. Sent mail in “[protected]@360inex.com” on 12th, 13th, 18th & 20th July. Still waiting for their response. Need help.

I placed my order on 22 Jan 2023, since then I haven't received any update no tracing link nothing, I don't even know where is my order yet, Then three days back I email you support regarding my order, No update provided. I need my order details ASAP!, I already given enough time if still no update provides, I will take strict action.

I Am ravishankar kanojiya and I have placed an order for spykar watch products from HDFC Online portal in 360 In Ex. I have received a confirmation mail from the Merchant with Order Ref. Number #HDAL002067 on 28-march-2022. The total worth of the products is Rs. 352/-. But till today I haven't received any Order tracking ID nor any reply from the Merchant. When I checked with HDFC Bank Customer Care there asking me to check with the merchant itself as the payment is cleared from HDFC.

I don't understand, Why the HDFC soo careless about this ??? Why they are not interacting with the merchant and resolving the issue?? We have placed orders by trusting the HDFC Bank not the merchant. And now the bank is not showing any interest and responsibility on this issues ??

I strictly appeal to HDFC Bank Management to interfere and refund the amount immediately...
