I had renewed warranty of my Aquaguard water purifier and after that they had sent me 360INEX award. I purchased one wallet trusting that it is from eureka forbes but within 1 hour i requested to cancel this but 360INEX customer care sheryl told me that this can not be cancelled, after 3-4 days of continuously follow up, finally they agreed to cancel but after that from last 1 month i am continuously followup with Eureka forbes, 360INEX customer care but they are not refunding. It is such a horrible experiance with Eureka forbes and 360INEX. Please dont purchase anything from 360INEX and also from Eureka forbes because they are also not supporting to their customer.
