360 Inex — Payment related issue.

Hi! My name is Ashraf Ali, and I am the victim of 360inex.com. On 20th December 2021 I’ve purchased one product (PU duffle bag
SKU: SPY-BCDBG-CORE-010) from this particular website and while making the payment I got multiple payment’s options where I preferred “LazyPay”.
In my first attempt of making payment to 360inex.com I got payment unsuccessful notification but the amount of Rs.470.82/- was deducted from my LazyPay account. I thought as per the notification o[censored]nsuccessful payment the amount will be refunded soon but still not receive the refund yet then again I tried for the second attempt to make the payment and this time I’ve got the payment successful notification and once again the same amount of Rs.470.82/- got deducted from my LazyPay account.
The transaction ID of LazyPay are mentioned below:
1. TXN[protected]Unsuccessful transaction in 360inex.com but amount deducted from LazyPay and not received refund yet)

2. TXN[protected]Successful transaction and no issue with this except the first one)

I’ve sent multiple emails to 360inex.com regarding the issue but haven’t got any single reply yet.

I would be highly obliged to you if you can look after my complaint and solve it as early as possible.
