360 Realtors — 360 Realtors Non-payment of promised cashback/credit note even after 1 year of follow-ups

I am writing to lodge a complaint against 360 Realtors LLP (Gurugram office) for failing to pay the promised cashback/credit note amount, despite repeated written assurances for more than a year.

I booked a flat through 360 Realtors in Adarsh Welkin Park, Unit C-802, with a total sale value of ₹1.66 crore.
As per their written booking confirmation (dated 13 March 2024), I was promised a credit note of ₹1, 57, 489.14, to be disbursed within 15 working days after paying 25% to the developer and signing the Builder-Buyer Agreement — both of which I completed in 2024.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and calls to their team including Mr. Surendra Yadav (Manager – CRM), Mr. Anmol Ahuja, Mr. Manoj Kumar, and others.
Every few weeks, they reply with standard excuses such as “cheque is under process” or “awaiting approval from accounts department”, but no payment has ever been made.
The last communication received on 19 August 2025 again promised “priority disbursement, ” but nothing has been done.

This is a clear case of cheating, false commitment, and unfair trade practice. The company has wasted my time for over a year and caused severe mental harassment.
