I regret to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by 360 Realtors. Despite promises made during the initial agreement, my experience has been marred by unfulfilled commitments and a severe lack of responsiveness.

I was enticed into choosing 360 Realtors with the promise of a substantial discount of 40000 INR on my property purchase. Additionally, I was assured a 1% referral bonus for the account I referred. Unfortunately, after more than a year into our engagement, both commitments remain unfulfilled.

Not only have my referred account and I paid over 30% of the property value, but the company has also failed to honor its commitment to providing the agreed-upon discount and referral bonus. My attempts to seek clarification and resolution through emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

This lack of transparency and failure to honor promised benefits raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of 360 Realtors. Such practices not only breach the trust of their clients but also cast a shadow on their credibility as a real estate service provider.

Considering the unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and the significant financial investment made, I find it necessary to give 360 Realtors a rating of 0 stars. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services and prompts the company to address and rectify these issues promptly.

I Booked a flat in Vatika Turning point through 360 on 26th Juauary 2019. As per the deal 360 Realtors issued a credit note of amount INR1, 96, 875.00 on 18th February 2019. As per the credit note T&C conditions once I will pay the 20% amount to Vatika 360 will release the credit note amount. After paying more than 30% I submitted the original credit note to 360 on 13/06/19. Since then I am still waiting for my payment and every time I call them they find one or other way to not make the payment. Still today I am struggling for my payment from 360 Realtors .

I had booked a studio flat in beetle suites in noida with 360 realtors in 2018 april. I had done payment of 10% amount. And after 8 months they are saying that you. Flat is not booked. After a year they are convincing me for another property. I am asking them how to get back my money. But still they are not responding well. And saying that we cannot transfer your amount. Every day i am talking to them but they are saying we cannot transfer you money. They are fooling every coustemer.

I gave advanced payment of 25000 to block an apartment in godrej rejuve project. During the meeting with one of the sales guy from 360 realtors, they mentioned that you can block the apartment with this amount and decide later. They did mention that if i decide to cancel i will get the blocking amount completely refunded. Its been almost a month now, i cancelled due to bad professionalism from 360 realtors and still waiting for some one to get back to me with an update. Just to let you know, 360 realtors are in partnership with godrej to promote their properties in middle east region.
