Complaint (English Version):

I am a user of 4rabet, and my main account ([protected]@gmail.com) was banned without any proper warning. I believe the ban happened because I accidentally created two accounts. I contacted support and explained that it was a mistake, and I am willing to close the duplicate account ([protected]@gmail.com) and keep only my main account.

Despite multiple polite requests, the support team refused to unban my account or return my funds. They simply stated that accounts once banned cannot be recovered and that my funds are frozen permanently. This is unfair and unethical. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any identity proof or documents.

I am requesting 4rabet to return my hard-earned money and reconsider the unbanning of my main account. If not, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities and cybercrime reporting platforms.
