4Rabet — Account blocked and told that multiple accounts are there

I sent all the documents 6-7 times but they are not verifying my account. They said that you have another account. At first I didn't know that only one account can be created, so I created my brother's and father's account but they blocked my account and said family members can't play. I have 7500 in my account but i am not able to open my account. They are trying to say that only one member in a family can play. My email id is "[protected]@gmail.com". They have blocked me. Please help me to get my money.
