Out of nowhere my account got restricted and I couldn’t place any bets. I seriously thought something was wrong with my funds. It happened after I logged in from a new phone around 09.02.2026. I contacted support and they explained it was triggered by a security system. They asked me to verify my identity again. After sending the documents access was restored the same day. It felt scary for a while but at least they handled it quickly and explained the reason clearly. Was this information helpful? |
