I was a regular player on the website 4rabet.com, where I played by depositing money and withdrawing when I won. On 24 June 2023, they first declined money withdrawal and asked me to verify my account. the withdrawal amount was significant this time. That's why I thought there must be a verification required. I asked on the chat what to do and how to submit. As the customer care executive told me I submitted everything by mail on Jun 25, 2023, 1:06 PM at [protected]@4rabet.com. Whatever they asked for I provided them, from Adhar card, bank passbook front page and other personal details, even the video of the transaction on my bank page, but they are not letting me withdraw the money. whenever I try they are declining.
below I have provided screenshots of the conversation on the emails where you can see how they constantly try to confuse and ask the same thing again and again to delay the whole process.
Please resolve the issue so that I can withdraw my money from the account.
