I made a UPI payment through Paytm on 28 April 2026 to an online platform. The amount of ?3000 was successfully debited from my bank account.
However, the payment has not been credited to my account on the platform and is showing as “processing” for several days. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but they are only delaying the issue by saying that the payment is under verification and have not resolved the problem.
I suspect this is a fraudulent transaction / non-delivery of service. I request you to kindly investigate this matter, trace the beneficiary account, and initiate a reversal/refund of my money.
